Built on the edge of its own private lake, the Estate offers accommodation in the Manor House and Lodge.
Guest rooms are decorated in a plush warm country style. Enjoy the trimmings of a Garden Room with your own ensuite, TV and coffee facilities.
Top of the line are the Estate¿s Lakeside Chalets. These are the last word in luxury. Each comes with its own lounge room, an open fire, marble ensuite and spa, separate bedroom complete with mahogany four poster bed and a magnificent deck that sits out over the water.
Woodman Estate is next door to the Peninsula¿s finest golf courses, markets, wineries and beaches. However, with all the facilities on the estate you may choose not to leave. Enjoy the indoor spa pool, rowing, sailing and tennis after you¿ve strolled the magnificent grounds or had a picnic by the lake.
For additional relaxation, you may like to indulge in a massage or spa treatment in our on-site spa retreat.
Perhaps you may also enjoy some fishing. The lake is natural and fed by fresh water springs. It is stocked with trout and redfin and available for you to practice fly-fishing on a ¿catch and release¿ basis. If you would like to try fly-fishing, our fishing instructor can provide all gear and assist with your technique. Who knows, you may catch a whopper!
Dining in the Restaurant is a gourmet extravaganza complemented by an extensive wine list. Guests can choose between fine dining, an elegant a la carte brassiere and a delightful veranda. A la carte available Thursday through Sunday, pre-booked platters for inhouse guests on other nights.
High Tea is available every Sunday. Bookings are essential.

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date requires full payment of accommodation. Payment is non-refundable.

Just an hour from Melbourne, you can enjoy the diversity of the Mornington Peninsula. Enjoy the gourmet food and wine by visit the nunerous cellar doors, meander through the galleries, antique stores and art and craft markets. Bay and surf beaches are easily accessible. If sport is your desire, enjoy the abundance of golf courses, go diving with the dolphins or try your luck at the races (Mornington & Balnarring).

FROM TULLAMARINE AIRPORT (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)
¿ Proceed onto the Tullamarine Freeway, then take the exit to the Eastern Suburbs.
¿ Follow the signs, through the Richmond Tunnel. Continue on the toll way past the city and onto the Monash Freeway.
¿ Take the Hastings Exit
¿ Stay on the Freeway until the end; continue straight ahead following all the signs to Hastings.
¿ On approach into Hastings Township (just before the welcome to Hastings sign), you will see a sign to the right directing you to Flinders; although not signposted, this is Graydens Road.
¿ Woodman Estate is 5.6 kilometres down Graydens Road on the right hand side, just past Stumpy Gully Road.
FROM MELBOURNE CBD
¿ Drive onto the Monash Freeway, heading away from Melbourne CBD.
¿ Take the exit to Hastings
¿ Stay on the Freeway until the end; continue straight ahead following all the signs to Hastings.
¿ On approach into Hastings Township (just before the welcome to Hastings sign), you will see a sign to the right directing you to Flinders; although not signposted, this is Graydens Road.
¿ Woodman Estate is 5.6 kilometres down Graydens Road on the right hand side, just past Stumpy Gully Road.
FROM THE YARRA VALLEY
¿ Drive onto the highway proceeding back in the direction of the city of Melbourne
¿ When on the Maroondah Highway take the Stud Rd exit and turn left onto Stud Rd
¿ Travel along Stud Rd until the Monash Freeway and turn left onto the Monash Freeway, heading away from Melbourne CBD, and towards Hastings.
¿ Take the exit to Hastings
¿ Stay on the Freeway until the end; continue straight ahead following all the signs to Hastings.
¿ On approach into Hastings Township (just before the welcome to Hastings sign), you will see a sign to the right directing you to Flinders; although not signposted, this is Graydens Road.
