For Off Peak Bookings a Deposit of $300 payable upon booking. For Peak Periods a $600 deposit is payable. Please note our Cancellation Policy - Any amendments/cancellations of a booking must be made at least 14 days Off Peak Season or 28 days Mid/High Season prior to arrival date for a refund of your deposit less an admin fee. Any Amendments/cancellations within these days the full tariff is chargeable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for the entire period. Full tariff is charged if guest does not arrive for dates booked. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid unless the apartment is rebooked for the same period at the same rate.
