Office hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday and 8.30am to 1pm Sunday. If arriving outside these times please call to arrange key collection.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled more than 1 month before arrival date, deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $100. If cancelled less than 1 month before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited. This cancellation policy is not valid during the school holidays when 2 months notice must be given.
