Property Description

Villa Siena is a fully self-contained, air-conditioned cottage featuring three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Situated on a spacious four acre property, this cottage can be configured as kings or twin bedrooms.

The cottage has an iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided in each room. The modern kitchen is extremely well equipped and includes a gas cook top, fan forced oven, espresso coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave.

Villa Siena is a pet friendly property, and we also provide an outdoor pet run. The property overlooks acres of Semillon and Chardonnay vines. The outdoor BBQ and eight person setting is perfect for looking over the vines of the Hunter Valley.

High Definition LED TV, CD and DVD player are also included with the cottage as well as anextra HDMI input. The media centre offers a selection of movies and music for your enjoyment whilst at the property. The cottage also includes a high quality iPod docking station (and radio) that is fully portable and can be taken around the cottage or to the outside barbecue area.

A complimentary WiFi internet service will be provided to guests during their stay.

Cancellations will be accepted within up to 7 days of the check-in date anytime afterwards full booking value will be forfeited.

Parking facilities are provided for up to four vehicles in the property car park.

Villa Siena will make contact with you prior to your arrival to finalise the details of your reservation and advise you of the key code which will provide you full access to the property.

Up to 4 extra adults or 2 adults and 2 children can be accommodated at the property, surcharges are applicable.

Villa Siena is located in Pokolbin, wine country capital of New South Wales Hunter Valley.

It is situated within walking distance of Tuscany Wine Estate, The Mill and Blue Tongue Brewery and is perfectly positioned to offer easy access to the best vineyards the Hunter Valley has to offer including Bimbadgen Estate and .

Villa Siena is less than a 5 minute drive to Hope Estate, premier outdoor concert venue and the Vintage Golf Course.

Mistletoe Lane features breath taking views some of the most picturesque vineyards in the entire Hunter Valley, and there are a plethora of vineyards and art galleries in the local area within a five minute drive in virtually any direction.

There are two ways to get to Villa Siena:

From Cessnock: Travel along the Broke Road until you arrive at the Hermitage Drive turnoff and turn right, travel along Hermitage Drive until you arrive at the first four way intersection, turn left into Mistletoe Lane.

From Singleton/Maitland: Take the Hermitage Drive turnoff from the New England Highway and travel for about 4 kilometres until you come across the Mistletoe Lane intersection (The Bluetongue Brewery is on your left and The Mill on your right), turn right into Mistletoe Lane.

Villa Siena is situated at 96B Mistletoe Lane, Pokolbin, the property is located directly behind Willow Tree Estate and the two properties share a common driveway. Continue along the driveway until you come to a raised car parking area beside the cottage.
