ROOM FEATURES: Breakfast provisions & goodies, air-conditioning, king size posturepedic bed with luxury Egyptian linen, goose feather down doona and pillows, Muslin netting canopy, pool towels, luxurious bath robes, TV, VCR and CD player, spacious living area with sofa, dining table and chairs. Kitchenette features a bar fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, spacious luxurious ensuite with sunken bath, hairdryer, iron and board and private deck.

You can relax by the stunning pool, soak in the atmosphere created by the lush sub-tropical flora and abundant bird life, marvel at the stars, barbeque the day's catch, dine on a late night supper in your Villa and enjoy a lazy breakfast on your private deck.

Booking Conditions We request a deposit of either the first night's accommodation or 25% of the total accommodation charge, whichever is the greater at the time of booking. We request that the balance of the accommodation charge and any extras you have arranged are paid on arrival. Single night not available christmas, easter or public holiday weekends.

LATE ARRIVAL: If you plan to arrive after 4:00pm, please let us know when to expect you and to make arrangements.

Twelve or so minutes to Noosa's famous Hastings Street with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, boardwalk, beach and National Park, ten minutes to Noosaville's riverfront with abundant cafes, bistros and boutiques, 15 minutes to beautiful Sunshine Coast surf beaches, six minutes to the famous Eumundi markets and the village atmosphere of Eumundi, 30 - 35 minutes to Montville, convenient to the Glasshouse Mountains and convenient for Fraser Island day trips.

75 - 80 minutes from Brisbane Airport, 20 - 25 minutes from Maroochy Airport.
