Keys will be available upon receipt of full payment. Upon departure all keys to be returned to operator. Prior arrangements to be made for departures outside office hours. 6. Premises to be left in satisfactory clean/tidy state, (garbage in outside garbage bin/dishes washed/dried); excessive cleaning will be charged to guest. 7. No pets/smoking allowed. 8. Vehicles to be parked in allocated space & not obstruct other residents¿ driveway/garage. 9.Parties/Functions, disturbances, excessive noise strictly prohibited & may result in termination of rental. 10. Damages/breakages/loss of furniture/furnishings/equipment/keys to be reported immediately & paid for at cost. 11. Number of guests not to exceed number booked. Additional fee of $50 pp p/n apply for extra guests not notified to operators in advance. 12. Operators take no responsibility for client/s¿ personal property left on the premises. 13. Check-out time is 10am & check-in time is 2pm unless prior arrangements made with operators otherwise additional late departure fees will apply at nightly rate. 14. Client making the booking must be 18 years or over & agree to take full responsibility for temporary rental of the property. 15.Call outs outside office hours will incur a $50.00 fee e.g. loss of keys. 16. In the event of a cancellation by the client, deposit is non-refundable unless property is re-let for the entire cancellation period ($50.00 administration fee applies). 2. All appliances, incl heating/cooling to be turned off when leaving the premises.
