Our quality, and centrally located Wauchope accommodation is next door to Timbertown Historical Tourism Park and only 2 kilometres from the Wauchope shopping district. It is also only 15 minutes from Port Macquarie where visitors can experience all that Port Macquarie has to offer, while being able to relax in a quiet country atmosphere after a busy day's activities.

Wauchope NSW, is the gateway to the majestic hinterland of forests, rugged mountain ranges, rainforest reserves and National Parks. We believe it is the best value holiday resort accommodation on the Mid North Coast of NSW, and is certainly the premier motel and resort accommodation provider in the Wauchope district of the NSW Holiday Coast.

While we have only listed below a brief summary of these items, we have greater detail contained within various pages of our site. On our location page, we have even provided visitors the ability to obtain detailed driving instructions including travel times, distances and door to door directions from your home to the Timbertown Resort and Motel at Wauchope.

Timbertown Resort and Motel offers free wireless broadband access, and depending on volumes, a free photocopy and fax service. Again depending on volumes, we also offer free secreterial services.

All rooms have parking directly outside their room doors in the renovated section and within 50 mtrs for the new section. No charge applies for this service.

Our office is open from 7.00am to 7.00pm daily. The motel offers a night bell, after hours direct phone contact details and a night safe for late arrivals. Our normal check in time is 2.00pm. While not always possible, we will always attempt to accommodate an early check in, There is no additional charge for this service.

Our rooms can generally accommodate 4 guests however we do have some rooms that can cater for up to 6. Extra charges to apply for additional guests as all our rates are for the first 2 guests only.

Timbertown Resort and Motel is in the heart of the Hastings District of the mid north coast of New South Wales. Located only 15 minutes from Port Macquarie, we offer the quiet relaxed atmospher of a country town, but are close enough the main centres so as to enable guests to do "as much or as little as they wish"

Travelling along the Pacific Highway

Turn off the Pacific Highway at the Oxley Highway Port Macquarie / Wauchope Interchange, well marked by the Service Station and McDonalds on the hill.

Follow the Wauchope signs west for 10 klms until you enter the 50km zone of Wauchope continue to follow the Oxley Highway, but it is now called High Street. You will cross the main Sydney / Brisbane railway line before driving through the main CBD Central Business District. Continue 2 klms up High Street past the Post Office.

Our accommodation is located on your left hand side just after the United Service Station and just before Timbertown the Historical Theme Park.
