Each apartment is fully self-contained, with a well equipped kitchen and spacious dining-cum-lounge area. There is also the Japanese Imperial Spa Suite for extra luxury. Shopping is just nearby.

Business facilities include fax sending and receiving, photocopying, direct dial telephone - each suite has a dedicated phone line.

Limted off-street car parking is available. There is a set down area on Elphin Road.

- Standard check-in time is from 2.00 pm until 6.00 pm. Check-out time is at 10.00 am.

Please take note of the following arrival procedure: On arrival at the property please press the RED button at the door (either front or back door). This will be answered by the receptionist on duty, who will let you into the building. Once inside make your way up to the second floor where you will find the keys to your apartment in a white envelope on the reception desk. Then sign the Guest Register and let yourself into your apartment. The receptionist will phone your room approximately 15-minutes after your arrival to ensure you have made it into your room safely.

Rates quoted are for 2 persons. Each additional person (including children 4 years and over) is charged $30.00 extra PER PERSON PER NIGHT. Children 3 years & under stay FREE.

Then of course, there's always the prospect of siting a Tasmanian Tiger - not yet seen since the 1930's.

The Lido is approximately a 10-minute walk to Launceston's CBD. If travelling by car proceed along Brisbane Street (east of the City) to Elphin Road. The Lido is just 300 metres past City Park on your left - on the corner of Elphin Road and Lyttleton Street. We are just 20 minutes from Launceston's Airport.
