This is your classic beach pad at Wategos Beach! Not a multi million dollar mega mansion that will blow your holiday budget, but a reasonably priced holiday house that is positioned perfectly to take in the best aspects that Byron Bay and Wategos Beach offers. The Lower Decks The Lower Decks are positioned within a 2 min walk to the famous sands of Wategos Beach. The property is surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and has (as the name suggests) a wonderfully large deck that allows you to take advantage of the sub tropical Northern NSW climate and fantastic aspect. The property boasts two bedrooms and one bathroom - the master bedroom offers a double bed with the second bedroom containing a bunk and a double allowing you to sleep 6 comfortably. The bathroom even has a small spa bath should you desire. The living room offers a large screen TV, DVD and AUSTAR. The kitchen and dining boasts an eight seater dining table. Alternatively, why not dine outside on the deck? There is a great BBQ with both a four seater and six seater table for you to choose from. The Upper Decks The Upper Decks are positioned within a 2 min walk to the famous sands of Wategos Beach. The property is surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and has (as the name suggests) a wonderfully large deck that allows you to take advantage of the sub tropical Northern NSW climate and fantastic aspect. Take advantage of your million dollar setting by dining alfresco most evenings. There is a large BBQ and an outdoor setting for eight for you to enjoy. The interior is simple, but comfortable. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom - the master bedroom containing a double, and the second bedroom containing a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a small spa bath for you to soak in if desired. The property comes equipped with TV, Austar, DVD and stereo for you to wind down to after a day down the beach. The Decks are well priced and will give you the opportunity to explore the wonderful Wategos Beach landscape - enjoy! *Got a larger group OR an extended family reunion?? Number of Persons and Linen The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional fee. Linen and towels are provided unless otherwise notified. Arrival and Departure Check-in is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10 am on the day of departure. We will do all possible to accommodate requests for extended times subject to availability. Keys will be available at the property upon arrival. Please read instructions in the final confirmation email regarding key collection and /or security codes. Security deposit A security deposit is required of between $500 - 1000 OR $250 per person if it is a Schoolies booking. This is held as a pre-authorisation on a credit card and is removed after 7- 10 working days. We will require this at check in. Cancellation Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. If booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to commencement then your payment (less an administration fee of $100.00) will be refunded in full. For Christmas New Years and Easter weeks a 3 month cancellation timeframe is required. If your booking is cancelled less than 2 months prior to commencement (or 3 months for Christmas New Years and Easter weeks) then refund of your payment is subject to a confirmed re-booking of the property (less a cancellation fee of $100.00). Non Smoking For the comfort of all our guests all our properties are non-smoking property unless otherwise stated. We appreciate your understanding. Animals and Pets Pets are only allowed if pre-arranged Noise Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. Damages and Extra Cleaning Any breakages damage and lost items must be paid for by occupants. In the event of this happening it is asked for the occupant to report it as soon as possible. We request that you kindly leave the property as you found it (including washing dishes and removal of rubbish and BBQ cleaned) to avoid extra cleaning charges. Any charges applicable for the above will be charged to your credit card or deducted from the security deposit. Loss of keys attracts a $50 charge and a $25 call out fee if they are misplaced. Changes The booking is made in good faith and maybe subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the property owner of the premises outside our control. However reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur. In the event that the property is offered for sale the tenant agrees to allow the owner or agent to inspect the property with the prospective purchasers by appointment and during reasonable hours. The description of the premises is given in good faith; no responsibility for misrepresentation will be accepted. Many of our houses are in suburban locations where from time to time there may be building / construction on houses within the vicinity of your property. We take no responsibility for any issues relating to noise on neighbouring properties. Garbage Removal Please see the compendium at the property for information as to when bin collection is. Bins MUST be put out for collection. If this in not done an excess fee of $50 is charged. The lid must be able to close for the collection. If it isn't the rubbish will not be collected. Excess rubbish will also attract a $50 fee.
