A restored period residence, positioned directly opposite Tatlows Beach and at the base of the plug of an extinct volcano standing approximately 150 metres high, known as The Nut. Our location takes in sweeping views across Sawyers Bay, and of course upward to the impressive and towering Nut. The Circular Head area, and the township of Stanley in particular, is a much-loved tourist destination and has something for everyone; be they adventurer, explorer, romantic, naturalist, historian or fisherman.
The residence was acquired by the new owners in early 2008 and has been tastefully restored, renovated and enhanced. With an eclectic decor, paying homage to yesteryear and planning for the future, an outstanding home has been created which is proudly offered for guest accommodation.
Guests may select from any one of the five queen suites each with private ensuite facilities, heating, television, refrigerator, welcome supplies and commanding views. Luxurious pure latex mattresses atop magnificent French-inspired Queen size beds enhanced by quality Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down duvets, latex pillows and other creature comforts. Le Forge wrought iron cafe style tables and chairs afford the perfect seat for dining in or taking in the magnificent views. Decadent Sheridan Supima cotton towels available after the use of your double showers with heated pebble floors ensure a memorable experience.
Awake to the beautiful water views and the sound of water lapping at the foreshore. Take a seat on the spacious front verandah, relax or meet with others in the guest lounge area, watch with your birds-eye view the water sports often at play on the bay, or simply enjoy a glass of wine and marvel at the breathtaking sunsets viewed from our unique location.
