Svarmisk Apartments, designed by St Kilda based architect Grant Amon, were created with outdoor enthusiasts in mind. The apartments offer a very modern, Scandinavian inspired interior.

Situated high on the hillside, overlooking Mount Beauty Township, all our apartments offer spectacular valley and mountain views. Svarmisk offers 6 brand new luxury self contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Featuring our renowned balcony hot tub, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, drying cupboard, reverse cycle heating & cooling, LCD TV, DVD player and a "realflame" open fireplace.

Our 1 & 3 bedroom apartments feature an additional spa bath in the master bedroom ensuite. The fully openable windows above the spa offer views to die for....

Massages and treatments can be arranged for you to enjoy in the comfort of your apartment. Gourmet platters, breakfast & dinner packages and picnics, all featuring the best local produce, can be ordered through svarmisk.

Svarmisk is ideally located within a short walk of Mount Beauty shopping district, cafe's & restaurants, golf course and tennis courts. Mount Beauty Mountain Bike Park is adjacent to the apartments and walking trails start from your doorstep....

Adventure is awaiting you in every direction. Bike riding - from bush to road - for novice to advanced, fishing, gliding, horse riding and much, much more.

Svarmisk is the perfect base from which to explore Victoria's Alpine High Country, whether you choose adventure or relaxation.

Enjoy some cool climate wines at one of the region's many wineries and cellar doors, try your luck fishing in one of our pristine rivers or explore and sample some of the region's local produce.

A security deposit of $250 is required upon check in. The security deposit is $1000 during the declared snow season and major events, or at the discretion of the manager.

Our rates are per apartment, no extra guests catered for. (Maximum 2 people per 1 bedroom, 4 people per 2 bedroom and 6 people per 3 bedroom apartment).

Once you have had a chance to relax and soak in the views from your private balcony hot tub you may feel ready for adventure.... Svarmisk is situated in Australia's most exciting mountain playground. The region offers, snow skiing (winter months), mountain biking, fishing, gliding in all its forms, horse riding, golf, bush walking, road bike riding and some of the best road touring in the country for motorbike enthusiasts and drivers.

North East Victoria is fast becoming renowned for some of the best produce in the country, backed by fantastic restaurants and cafe's. The region offers many wineries and cellar doors where you can enjoy a long lunch or simply taste beautiful wines. Visits to historic towns like Beechworth and Bright make great day trips.

Drive from Melbourne - Approx 3.5-4 hour drive via the Hume Highway. Travel to Glenrowan and take the Snow Road (through Oxley, Milawa and Myrtleford) or, to Wangaratta and take The Great Alpine Road. 5km out of Myrtleford, turn left onto the Happy Valley Road. At the T-Junction turn right onto the Kiewa Valley Highway. Drive to Mount Beauty and straight through the roundabout, take the first right into Chalet Road, approx 30m from the roundabout.

From Sydney - approx 8 hours via the Hume Highway, (1 hour from Albury Wodonga.) Drive the Kiewa Valley Highway to Mount Beauty, through the roundabout, take the first right into Chalet Road, approx 30m from the roundabout.

Train / Bus; V-Line operates a train/bus service twice weekly.

Bus; Pyle's Coaches run regular services during the winter months from Melbourne and Albury.
