Set in our spacious and attractive family home, Springfields has two guest bedrooms and adjoining bathroom - with close access to the dining room and guest lounge.Guests are welcome to join us for a coffee and a chat, or to enjoy the peace and privacy of their own lounge area.

Springfields is located in a quiet tree lined street in one of Melbourne's finest suburbs.Close to two trams and one train line, Springfields is ideally located for tourist and business travellers.

Business travellers appreciate our convenient location, privacy, great beds and 3.5 star comforts. Overseas guests enjoy our family atmosphere - and the fresh fruit salad at breakfast time!

There is ample on-street parking in our quiet tree lined street. There is also one off street parking space.

We are flexible with check in and check out times (subject of course to the movements of other guests). A phone call to confirm arrival times is always appreciated.

Children are most welcome. Our rates depend on age, but generally work out at half of the adult rate.

Infants are free.

Extra guests are typically $40 per night

Visit the City or the Botanic Gardens - head off to the Dandenongs, Phillip Island or the Healesville Sanctuary. Go for a walk to Maling Road, or shop till you drop along Burke Road or at Chadstone - the fashion capital!

From the Airport - use City Link, exit at Toorak Road, travel 4 km east wards and turn left into Wattle Valley Road immediately after the railway bridge. Springfield Avenue is one km north (on the right)

From the City, travel via Tram 70 along Riversdale Road to Stop 50, then walk 400m south to Springfield Avenue.
