Located in the heart of St Kilda, this 4 star boutique accommodation consists of 12 fully self contained STUDIO apartments. Built in the 1860's, this Georgian Mansion still preserves its original character and has been designed for those who prefer to stay in apartment living rather than hotel style. You will enjoy the high level of privacy and also the self check in system that saves you time and is excellent for late arrivals.

Each apartment contains a kitchenette with all cooking facilities, full HD flat screen TV, DVD player, FREE broadband Internet, heating and cooling, ironing equipment, workstation, separate modern ensuite with porcelain tiles and a guest laundry on site. Each apartment has been individually designed and are all unique. Balconies and indoor conservatories are available for several of the apartments. All apartments have a queen size bed however you can contact management to check availability of a sofa couch for a third person. Rates do apply.

With only a ten minute ride to the city by car, and only 2 mins walk to public transport, you will find everything you need within close proximity. St Kilda Road and the beach are only 5-10 minutes walk from the apartments..

Free Broadband Internet, Workstation

There is no parking on site. There is free onstreet parking along Grey Street. We can arrange for prepaid parking tickets at a nearby parking building at a cost of $10 per night.

There is no onsite office however management will contact you 2-3 days prior to arrival to provide you with the self check in details.

3 apartments have a pullout sofa couch at a cost of $30 per person per night. Please contact the office to check availability prior to booking.
