Any more & booking will be terminated.

All Australian school holidays - minimum 7 night stay.

All other times - minimum 4 night stay...(rate increases)

House accommodates a maximum of two guests in the main suite only. Any additional guests (baby, child) can be added for an additional charge. If another couple stays - the rate converts to full house rate - must be advised prior.
