Shearwater Rise is a fully self-contained two storey holiday home located at Smiths Beach, Phillip Island. It is ideal for families looking for a comfortable place to stay on their holidays or for weekends away.
It has 2 queen size bedrooms, the upstairs bedroom has an ensuite and balcony, and the second queen size bedroom is downstairs. There is a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds downstairs. Linnen is not supplied unless requested. There will be an additional cost if linnen is supplied.
Betweeen the two bedrooms downstairs is a bathroom and a fully equiped laundry. There are 2 large outdoor entertaining areas with tables and chairs and a large back yard with a landscaped native garden.
There are two bikes available for use with helmets to ride around the island.

Things To Do
Surfing and fishing at Smiths Beach. Surfing lessons are provided by Island Surf at Smith's Beach. The Penguin Parade is aproximately 8 kms away and the Grand Prix race track is 3kms away. Shopping is only a few kms away at Cowes and the famous A Maze and things is only a short drive away which will probvide hours of fun for children and adults alike.

Shearwater Rise is a fully self contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home that is ideal for two families. It comprises a fully equiped kitchen, 2 living areas and 2 outdoor entertainment areas. Tennants are required to bring their own linnen. Linnen is supplied upon request only, at an additional cost of $25. The house is only a short walk from Smith's Beach.
