Property Description

Welcome to Settlers Lodge. Relax, unwind and enjoy warm hospitality less than 2 hours drive south from Perth. This two acre property boasts quality rooms all with ensuites and for guests comfort there is ducted airconditioning in everyroom plus logfire in loungeroom plus complimentary port and sherry.

Excellent quality bed linen and towels are provided and a BBQ facility is available and meat packs can be purchased.

Evening meals are available upon request. Breakfast is a choice of fully cooked or continental and is served in the guests dining room or al fresco over-looking lovely gardens.

Four Queen bedrooms and one room with two King singles (with disabled amenities) all serviced with TVs, DVDs, radio, CD players, fridges and tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests have their own comfortable loungeroom with TV and DVD plus a library of DVDs, books and magazines. A separate spa room is available and massages can be arranged with a local masseuse all for an additional cost.

Located at 7 Watermass Place, Leschenault, Settlers Lodge is only a 12 minute drive from Bunbury and 5 minutes from the town of Australind, the Australind Estuary and Inlet.

The facilities include a conference room for up to 12 people.

Ample parking off road (cars, boats and trailers).

Generally after 2pm although early check-ins can be arranged.

All rooms can accommodate extra single beds for children.

Guests can relax in the beautiful gardens or visit one of the many local attractions in Australind and Bunbury.
