All cancellations may incur a $100 administration fee, within 30 days of arrival no refund of deposit will be given. Within 7 days or if the booking is not cancelled the full tariff will be charged to the credit card supplied.

Cancellation of "Peak, Holiday Seasons & Festivals" bookings will forfeit the total deposit paid, and will be charged at the full confirmed tariff if cancelled within 60 days of arrival, these bookings are non-transferrable without prior agreement with management.

Early Departure:

No refunds will be given on Early Departure, and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.
