A deposit of $100.00 ($200.00 for holiday seasons) is required within 7 days to confirm a booking. Balance of account is payable on arrival. For Christmas 50 % of total tariff is due by 1st December. Cancellations Low & Holiday Season- 14 days notification refund of deposit less $50 admin fee. Less than 14 days notification no refund. High Season- 28 days notification refund of deposit less $50 admin fee. Less than 28 days notification and where unit cannot be let for same period- no refund.
