HOTEL POLICY ¿ All accommodation charges are to be settled on arrival when checking into the hotel ¿ It is Hotel Policy that credit card details are taken from Hotel guests on arrival for incidentals, if a credit card is not available then a deposit must be made depending on how many nights the guest(s) are staying min. $150.00. ¿ If paying by cash a copy of the guests drivers license is to be taken and a deposit must be paid depending on how many nights the guest(s) are staying min. $150.00. ¿ A 24 hour cancellation policy applies on all bookings, cancellations made within 24 hours of check in time will forfeit the full amount for the next night cancelled. ¿ Check-In time is 2:00pm in the afternoon and Check-Out time is 10:00am in the morning. ¿ No refunds will be given on breakfasts, when breakfast is included in a booking as the total amount is considered as a package price whether or not the individual(s) have breakfast. HOUSE RULES ¿ Guests and invitees of guests are expected to behave in a manner which is conductive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property. ¿ A breach of any house rule may result in the summary eviction of the offender at the discretion of the manager. ¿ BREACH OF HOUSE RULES INCLUDES:- 1. Noisy, offensive and or unruly behavior. 2. Damage to or destruction of property. 3. Improper or unseemly conduct. 4.
