River Sands Holiday Apartments provides the perfect holiday accommodation for those wanting to get away for a quiet few days on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

River Sands consists of 12 fully self-contained one bedroom apartments situated on the river at Maroochydore but only five minutes from everywhere, Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine Coast Airport, beaches, hotels and restaurants.

All units have balconies overlooking the River and tastefully decorated with cane furniture.

ROOM FEATURES: cook top, microwave, dishwasher, television and video player, undercover parking, in house videos are also available. All cooking utensils and is linen supplied.

Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Disclaimer At all times we, River Sands will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option. Cancellation Policy If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival date, deposit will be refunded less an administration fee. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited Late Arrival If you are arriving after 6:00pm; please advise us so that we can make prior arrangements for a key to be left if necessary.

At River Sands on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland you'll find fishing is at its best with the famous `Cod Hole¿ directly across the road. Sailing, water skiing, wet biking, house boating or taking a river cruise; all can be booked at the Booking Office.

From the Maroochydore CBD (on Duporth Ave) head down the Maroochy River from the mouth past Chambers Is. on Bradman Ave. passing under the Sunshine motorway overbridge towards Bli Bli. River Sands is to the left two doors away from the Cod Hole Store.
