Located in the centre of Richmond Tasmania, Richmond Cottages offer two cottages both built in the 1830's. They are original cottages with modern conveniences. Ivy Cottage was the Sergeant's Accommodation, a three bed roomed house, comprising:
1× Queen bedroom
1× twin bedroom
1× 1 single bed (cot available)
Lounge room with cosy wood heater, Kitchen/dining room, Bathroom with claw foot bath (shower over), Laundry facilities provided.
The Old Stables in the courtyard behind Ivy Cottage is the original stables converted to a rustic cottage. Down stairs a lounge/dining room with cozy wood heater and small kitchenette, while upstairs a double bedroom with en suite spa bathroom.
Both cottages are supplied with continental breakfast provisions and are totally self contained.

Ivy Cottage built in 1835 is a unique experience for the history lover or the romantic. The cottage is renovated but still has many original features. Experience this character filled home.
