Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Cancellation Policy Full refund of deposit held if cancellation is notifed 4 weeks or more prior to arrival date. An administration fee of 10% of deposit paid will be charged for a cancellation notified less than 4 weeks and up up to 1 week prior to arrival date. A cancellation fee of 2 nights will be charged for notifications of less than 1 week. Non arrivals will attract full retention of the deposit held. Disclaimer At all times we, Regatta Holiday Apartments will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

Late Arrival: If you are arriving after 5.00pm Monday to Friday or 2.30pm on weekends please advise us to make prior arrangements.
