''A luxuriously appointed, two bed roomed, self contained cottage, adjacent to Adelaide CBD. 15 Rose Terrace was built in 1900 as the pastor's residence and meeting room for the then next door Baptist Church. In 2004, I purchased The Old Rectory and with the help of my husband, Martin, set about restoring and renovating this delightful building. Part of the project involved building a brand new, fully self contained two bed roomed guest cottage with its own rear lane access, so that family and friends could easily come visit for extended periods. All Rooms Include, Air Conditioning, Clock Radio, Cooking Facilities - FULL, Crockery/Cutlery, Dishwasher, DVD Player, Hairdryer, Heating, Internet Access, Microwave oven, Pay/Satellite TV, Private Facilities, Refrigerator, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Television, and Video Cassette Recorder.

All rooms have internet access.

Rose Cottage will accomodate a maximum of 4 guests (rate is for 1 guest); all of whom must be non-smokers.

Cottage - Extended Stay: $20 per extra guest, per night.

Cottage - Short Stay: $10 per extra guest, per night.

-The world is your oyster! Adelaide's plethora of attractions are all easily accessible; on foot, by tram and bus or by car.

-Showgrounds, Sightseeing, Shopping and Socialising are all within easy walking distance.

-Adelaide Metro area has an incedible array of attractions which are easily accessable by Tram, Train or Bus and don't forget the Obarn; which is a unique world feature in itself.

-Beyond are Beaches, Boating, Bush Walking, Boutique Breweries and the Best Wineries in the world, all an easy drive away; no Sydney Snarl-ups or Melbourne Melees here.
