Quarterdeck B&B welcomes visitors to our Warrior and Mary Rose self contained, private B&B suites with adjacent safe car parking.Children are welcome too. See the little Penguins, Koalas and Australian wildlife nearby. Your friendly hosts will welcome you at arrival and provide any assistance that you may require. Phillip Island International Race Track is a 15 minutes drive. Quarterdeck is a smoke free property. Sorry, but we cannot take pets. Quarterdeck B&B is located high on the hill overlooking Phillip Island and Western Port Bay. We are the first accommodation property as you enter San Remo, 110 Kms from the Melbourne CBD. The Penguin Parade is just 20 minutes away, as is Cowes where there are plenty of Tourist shops and eating places. In San Remo, all within walking distance, we have two Hotels, restaurants and take away food places.

Special Events Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy Special Event Periods include, but are not limited to Christmas, New Year, Phillip Island Moto GP, V8 Supercars and World Superbikes events. Guests will be informed that the period they have requested is a Special Event Period and that the Special Events Cancellation Policy applies at the time of reservation. All reservations require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking, some properties require full payment at the time of booking. The full balance of the reservation is required not less than 14 days before the commencement of the booking or the booking may be cancelled. If a reservation is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded if the property is rebooked for the same dates at the same or greater tariff or at the discretion of the operator. A $50 administration fee will be retained by the Phillip Island Information Centre out of all refunds issued. Standard Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy This policy applies to all reservations not subject to the Special Events Cancellation Policy. A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking or the first nights fees, whichever is greater, is required to confirm reservations made more than 14 days before the date of arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Cheques and money orders will only be accepted if there is sufficient time for postage and clearing. If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the commencement of the booking monies received will be refunded less $10 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled 21 days or less prior to the commencement of the booking the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking or the first nights fees, whichever is greater. If guests fail to take up accommodation, the booking will be automatically cancelled and a fee of 50% of the total booking or the first nights fees, whichever is greater will apply.
