Choose between a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments offering modern decor designed to complement breathtaking views of the Gold Coast hinterland to the west, Pacific Ocean to the east, Byron Bay in the south and the Sunshine Coast in the north.

Set amidst one hectare of tropical landscaped grounds, the resort features lagoon swimming pools and an alfresco café, Beach Club. The resort also includes a retail precinct, restaurants and cafes, conferencing facilities, indoor heated lap pool, steam and fitness room, the tranquil Q1 Spa, private theatrette and a children's games room. These unparalleled resort facilities are just metres from the energy and excitement of Surfers Paradise.

The property is a mixed use building that includes residents, permanent tenants and holiday rental apartments. During your stay you will be occupying one of the holiday rental apartments. Apartments are assigned on the morning of your arrival, with levels allocated depending on availability.

Our apartments receive a daily refresh . This includes making of the beds, replacement of towels, replenishment of toilet paper and kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, milk, etc) only. For our guests staying longer than eight-nights a bed-linen change will occur half way through your stay.

It is recommended that guests bring their own pool towels to enjoy our array of swimming pools and local beach areas. Concierge has a limited supply of pool towels available for pool use only (charges apply).

Q1 Resort & Spa, Party Policy:

- Each apartment requires a guardian of legal age (18 years or greater)

- Parties are not permitted in apartments

- Registered guests only permitted in apartments after 9pm.

- Excessive noise will not be tolerated

- Excessive levels of alcohol are not to be brought onto the premises

- Apartments are to be left in original condition on check out or additional charges will apply

- Photo ID of all occupants is required.

- Apartments require a Security Deposit of $100 Credit Card bond or $250 cash bond upon check in

Failure to comply with the above will result in eviction of the guest/s from the property. Q1 Resort & Spa reserves the right to retain all accommodation paid.

Q1 has a NO PARTY POLICY. Your accommodation will be cancelled and no refunds given if you are booking the room for a PARTY, EVENT or GATHERING.

IF YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD, YOU MUST PRODUCE THIS CREDIT CARD FOR VERIFICATION AT CHECK IN. Payments made by MasterCard /Visa/Amex/Diners will incur a 2% surcharge.

Terms & Conditions of your reservation:

Cancellation

Up to 14 days prior to arrival, loss of $200 deposit paid per room.

Between 14 days and 48 hours prior to day of arrival check-in time, 50% of total booking value.

Within 48 hours of standard check in time, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

No shows and cancellations after check in - will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee

Travel During Peak Season - 22nd December 2012 - 8th January 2013

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, loss of $200 deposit paid per room.

Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

All amendments made within 30 days, will be treated as a cancellation incurring a 100% cancellation fee.

Amendments

All amendments to dates and room types are subject to availability at the time.

Amendments are permitted up to 14 days prior to arrival by contacting the property reservations team.

Within 14 days and 48 hours prior to arrival amendments are permitted. Any decrease in rates is subject charges if booking value is less than 50% of original booking.

Within 48 hours of arrival amendments are not permitted.

Q1 Resort & Spa business centre is open from 7am-6pm, and after hours by prior arrangement. Located on the second floor the centre offers email/Internet access and document creation software. Faxes may be sent through Reception.

Each confirmed reservation is entitled to one complimentary car parking space in our underground car parking area. Upon check in you must provide reception with your vehicle registration details. A parking permit will be issued upon check in for the car park.

Check-In: 2:00pm

The reception desk is operational 24 hours. On check in you will be required to provide a confirmation number or letter. All guests must sign the 'No Party' policy. Registered guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name.

The property is also within easy walking distance of major shopping outlets, world-class restaurants and spectacular Surfers Paradise beaches. Our dedicated concierge team can arrange tours and transport in and around the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions.
