Port Pacific Resort has a large dedicated conference centre which is located on the 9th level with spectacular ocean and river views. The centre is fully air conditioned with a wide range of audio visual equipment available. A large adjoining outdoor terrace featuring high quality outdoor furniture can be hired for conferences requiring outdoor dining or the all important breakaway space.

Port Macquarie is located on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales of Australia, almost half way between Sydney and Brisbane. It is serviced by road, rail and air links. The region has several award winning vineyards, spectacular beaches and world heritage listed parks.

We provide full tour desk facilities and are happy to book and arrange your sight seeing tours and adrenalin pumping adventures.

We have full picnic equipment available and our catering staff are more then happy to put a hamper together for full or half day excursions. 24 hours notice is required.

Road : Follow the Pacific Highway for approximately four hours north of Sydney and approximately six and half hours south from Brisbane. Port Macquarie is 10KM off the highway on the coast at the mouth of the Hastings River. The highway is progressively being upgraded to a dual highway/freeway

Air : Brindabella Airlines offers up to two return services per day from Port Macquarie to Brisbane, Coffs Harbour and Newcastle with connections onto Canberra. Brindabella is proud to be an affiliate airline of Qantas, meaning you can earn or redeem Qantas Frequent Flyer points on all flights.

Train : Please make sure your destination is "WAUCHOPE". Wauchope is approximately 22kms from Port Macquarie. Limited bus services and taxis depart from Wauchope train station.
