The Ponderosa property is a small collection of private cottages, houses and apartments that take advantage of it's breathtaking views overlooking green pastures, and out to Phillip Island. The property is situated at Longridge on a quiet country road that is 3 minutes to beaches and 5 minutes into town. All of our accommodation have private balconies, beautiful sea views, indoor/outdoor living and are set in lush tropical gardens. Facilities include a large saltwater pool, gazebo area with bbq. The property is owned and operated by Norfolk Islanders.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum cancellation fee of $110.00 will be charged if you cancel your booking, in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier, which may be up to 100% of monies paid.
