Cancellation Policy
Advance reservations made for accommodation attract a minimum non-returnable deposit of AU$30 or 20% of the total cost . In the event of cancellation within 7 days the deposit is lost.
Travel Directions
From the main roads in Armadale take the Albany Highway heading south east to Albany. You'll climb a hill for about 5km. You will know you are near there when you see the brown sign for the Waterwheel Gallery on the left. Immediately move into the right hand lane and take the next right into Admiral Road. 1km on the right past the Christian school and entrance to Bungendore National Park the Wungong Dam wall appears on your right as you look down the valley. The next right is Old Admiral Lane which is a single lane road leading down to Picture Perfect on the right.
Antique Railway Carriage

The Antique Railway Carriage has been beautifully converted to provide a unique and interesting overnight experience.A large continental breakfast is included for short stays and a full cooked breakfast is optional at AU$8.The Carriage is semi self-contained with all the following facilities...double bed , reverse cycle air conditioning, kitchenette (kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, all cutlery, crockery), 2 comfortable chairs and small eating table, colour TV, toilet with shower and hand basin and clothes line, decking area with table & chairs, BBQ area with table and chairs under gazebo next to the lake.The Railway Carriage is romantic, unusual, interesting and fun. It will turn your break or holiday into a really unique experience and its a must for railway enthusiasts!

The Blue Wren Suite is named after the many iridescent blue wrens living on the grounds.With a cosy wood burner fire its perfect for those romantic evenings or stay longer and enjoy the privacy of a fully self contained suite.A continental breakfast basket with home made jam, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, cereals, nuts and juice is included for short stays and a huge cooked breakfast is optional at AU$8.It has all of the following facilities...Your own private entrance, Queen sized bed, wood burning stove, reverse cycle air conditioning, kitchen (cooker, hob, kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, all cutlery, crockery, tea, coffee & biscuits), 4 seater dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa, TV with DVD and video recorder, Toilet with shower and hand basin and clothes line, front and rear patio areas both with table, chairs and umbrella.
