Port Stephens is an idyllic coastal paradise where the emphasis is on pleasure. It¿s naturally beautiful surrounds are typified by volcanic peaks along a coastline with crystal clear bays fringed by golden sand.

Port Stephens lays claim to the title of `Dolphin Capital of Australia¿ with the expansive Nelson Bay being home to around 150 bottlenose dolphins. Between May and June, humpback whales can also be viewed as they cruise past the region on their northern migration, returning between September and November.
