Peppermint Brook Cottages is located just 700 metres (5 minutes walking distance) from the centre of Margaret River, yet we're bounded by tall timber. Our 8 self-contained brick and iron cottages surround a central lawned area and each has 2 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, gas-fired pot belly heater, TV / DVD player, verandah and outdoor BBQ. Ours is renowned as being a friendly property where guests can relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings.

We have wireless capability and guests will be provided with a code for free internet access.

There's the opportunity to park up to 2 cars alongside each cottage.

On arrival, please contact the office for your cottage key. We ask that you complete a registration form and supply credit cards details (or pay a cash bond of $100.00).

Advertised costs are for up to 2 persons and additional guests are charged at a rate of $25.00 (adults) and $15.00 (children under 12). Portacots and high chairs are available on request. All cottages can accommodate up to 6 persons in varying bedding configurations.

We're just a 5-minute stroll from the centre of town and within 100 metres of the Heritage (walk) Trails. The Margaret River mouth, Prevelly, Cape to Cape (walk) Trails and spectacular coastal scenery are just 10kms away. Within easy driving distance are Ellensbrook (the historic Bussell family homestead founded in 1857), Meekadarribee Falls, Hamelin Bay (a beautiful and protected bay which is ideal for swimming, fishing and walking), fabulous caves, wonderful wineries, beautiful karri forest, fabulous restaurants, galleries and numerous tourist attractions. You can undertake canoeing, abseiling and rock-climbing, horse-riding, bird-watching and nature walks; or sunbathe, swim or surf (the region boasts numerous world renowned surf breaks). Or, you can drive out for the day and visit Augusta, Pemberton or Yallingup. And, to assist you with your enjoyment of the experience, we provide exclusive itineraries and offers at fabulous restaurants.

TO GET HERE: Travelling south via Bunbury, take the bypass around Busselton and head south with Vasse Newtown coming up on your left. At the junction with Bussell Highway, turn left, saunter through the tiny settlement of Vasse and proceed in a leisurely manner. From Cowaramup, continue approximately 9kms, cross the bridge into Margaret River then take Tunbridge Street (the first street on the right), travel 700 metres, then turn right into Mann Street...and you'll find us.
