Late Arrival If you are arriving after 6:00pm daily please advise us to make prior arrangments. Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. For high season bookings the balance is payable 1 month prior to arrival. A valid credit card authorisation will be required upon check in for all rooms. Cancellation Policy Low Season: 01 April 2009 - 18th December 2009, 23rd January 2010 - 25th March 2010, 29th - 31st March 2010 14 days notification or more refund of deposit less $100 administration fee. 14 days or less notification no deposit refunded. High Season: 19th December 2009 - 22nd January 2010, 26th March - 28th March 2010 28 days notification or more refund less $100 administration fee. 28 days or less no deposit refund. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.
