Ocean Spray has 1, 2 & 3 bedroom air conditioned apartments. All apartments are NON SMOKING and all have their own balcony, self contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and FREE satelite TV with the choice of movies, kids and sports channels.

Other facilities include, heated 12m Lap pool, medium swimming pool, heated Spa, baby pool, Large BBQ area set up with Badmitten/volley ball and cricket. For the little ones there is childrens play equipment and sand pit. for your convenience there is a guests laundry with dryer and drying facilites available. Parking is both off street and undercover parking.

For the food and Coffee Lovers there is an Alfresco cafe on site, open for Breakfast and Lunch with the best coffee in the world!

Ocean Spray is 50m from Coffs Harbour's main surf beach, which is situated right across the road and patrolled 7 days a week. For the shoppers! It is a short 15 minute walk to Park Beach Plaza (Coffs Harbour's main shopping centre). Ocean Spray Apartments is less than a kilometre to the pet porpoise pool and the Jetty/ mariner area, which offers dozens of restaurants to choose from or across the road to the Park Beach Bowling Club, which offers a great family Bistro open for lunch and evening meals.

*NOTE:- "SCHOOLIES & GROUP BOOKINGS" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, IF A BOOKING IS MADE AND YOU ARE "SCHOOLIES OR GROUP", YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CHECK IN & ANY DEPOSIT OR TARIFF PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

**In the case of 1 night bookings 100% deposit will be charged and 100% subject to refund policy.

All Guests must be stated on guest register at time of booking (including babies/infants and children). The number of guests must not exceed the apartments maximum guests allowed. In the case were the guests do exceed maximum guests allowed the booking will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.

**THE CREDIT CARD USED TO PAY YOUR BOOKING/DEPOSIT MUST BE PRESENTED ON CHECK IN WITH PHOTO ID.

All Apartments are self contained, Linen and Bath towels are provided. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid stay service. Some initial Complimentary products e.g toilet roll, soap etc. are provided in the apartment for your convenience. If extra is required products are available for you to purchase at the property.

NO VISITORS on premises. Only registered guests are permitted in apartments and to use the facilities.

NO PETS allowed on premises

NO SMOKING inside including apartments, foyers, Pool areas and games room. (Smoking is permitted on Balcony, all apartments have a their own Balcony.)

NO RIDING of Bikes, Scooters, Skate boards on the premises. (There is a bike path located across the road).

No surf boards, boogie boards, bikes, scooters etc. to be taken up to apartments or foyers.

Cancellation/Ammendment Policy If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date, deposit will be refunded less an administration fee. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited.

Ocean Spray Apartments have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

Undercover parking and off street parking, one parking space per unit.

CHECK IN is STRICTLY between 1.00P.M - 6.00P.M reception closes at 6:00pm. (No check-ins after 6:00pm.)

All Guests must be registered at time of booking (including all children and babies)

maximum guest numbers for each apartment must not be exceeded - any booking exceeding max. guest limit will be cancelled and no refunds available as per refund policy.

Swimming, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, kite surfing, parasailing, jet skis, fishing tours,white water rafting, Whale watching tours.

Pat the dolphins at the Pet Porpoise Pool.

The big Banana has ice skating and a ski slope.

Ten pin bowling, Lawn bowls, cinema, horse riding, putt putt, water slides, go karting.

Bruxner Park lookout and rainforest walks through the Dorrigo National Park.

By car - turn off Pacific HWY onto Park Beach Road follow to the end T intersection, turn right onto Ocean Parade travel approx. 300m until you see the the duck on our sign, on the right hand side of the road. Opposite Park beach Bowling club next to Cafe Aqua.

Bus - the Bus depot is in the central business area, we are located approx 5km away north east of the depot.
