Nova Stargate will require a credit card or cash deposit on arrival to cover any incidental charges. Reception hours are from 0630 to 2100 on Monday to Sunday. Staff are on call after hours - the number will be in your confirmation email.

Nova StarGate is within walking distance of Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central Shopping Centre and Railway Station, QV Centre and the CBD.
