North 12 Degrees offers 3 bedroom accommodation (2 queen, 2 singles) for up to 6 people. Our unique, tropical architecture house is elevated amongst the tree tops & features a stunning outside, screened master bedroom & ensuite. The house comprises a beautiful stainless steel deck kitchen, inside & outside dining, 2 living areas, 3 flat screens, free wifi, CD player, iPod dock, guest laser printer, Saeco pod coffee machine, water filter/ cooler, gas oven / ceramic cooktop & BBQ. The inside bedrooms, lounge & dining are equipped with Daikin air conditioning for the hotter months. North 12 Degrees is beautifully furnished with a King Jasper lounge (inside) & bespoke Javanese teak furniture (outside lounge). Original, indigenous artwork adorns our walls. House Setting The house is situated in tropical gardens with a beautiful pool, creating a private bush hideaway. Surrounding bush is home to Agile Wallabies, Curlews, Bandicoots, Possums & native northern Kookaburras. Pure cotton linen (white) / towels are provided. Sweet/ savoury welcome hampers are available upon request. This house is a very special, private sanctuary. Come & unwind on our beautiful deck while you watch Darwins famous sunsets. At 6.10pm each evening a flock of white corellas fly over heading south. You can set your watch by it. Location We are located in the heart of the rural area (Coolalinga), with quick & easy access to the Stuart Hwy, the main arterial road linking all of Darwins attractions. Cancellation Policy A deposit of 50% of the agreed tariff on the full stay is required at the time of booking by the guest. Should a cancellation be requested the following fees will apply. If you inform us of your cancellation with more than thirty (30) days notice your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. If notice is provided between thirty (30) days and not less than fifteen (15) days 30% of the deposit (25% of full fee) will be retained. If less than fourteen (14) days and not less than seven (7)notice is given 50% of the deposit will be retained. If cancellation notice is provided less than seven (7) days prior to the agreed check-in date 100% of the deposit will be retained. No cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or after check in. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay with no exceptions. The assigned date which calculates the notice period is specific to notification prior to 5pm CST of any day after which the following day will be the assigned date. Notification of a cancellation must be in writing either fax or email. Ensuring confirmed delivery of the notice of cancellation is the responsibility of the Guest. * A dog bond of $100 (cash) is payable on arrival. This bond will be refunded in full upon departure providing no damage has been caused.

From the Airport: North 12 Degrees is 25 mins from the Darwin International Airport, straight down the Stuart Highway to the Coolalinga village. Turn right into Henning Road at the traffic lights, follow Henning Road for approx 1 km, you will pass Sunset Place on the left, keep going and you will see the first driveway on the left with high wooden gates. The North 12 Degrees sign is on the gate. Welcome! Driving north: Once you pass the Arnham Highway turnoff you are only 5 mins to the shopping village at Coolalinga. At the traffic lights turn right into Henning Road, follow Henning Road for approx 1 km, you will pass Sunset Place on the left, keep going and you will see the first driveway on the left with high wooden gates.
