All townhouses include dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, colour TV (Austar), video/dvd player and ceiling fans. Air conditioning is available. Individual blocks of no more than 4 townhouses surround beautiful sub-tropical gardens & large expanses of lawns. Guest facilities include a solar heated swimming pool & wading pool, gas heated spa and BBQ's. The resort is a short stroll to the Noosa River which houses a wide range of restaurants, takeaway food and numerous water activities. The resort is in close proximity to the new Noosa Civic Shopping Centre and is walking distance to Noosa Village Shopping Centre and refurbished Noosa Villa hotel complex.

Low Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date. Mid Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 28 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date. High Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 28 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date. No Show All Seasons No refund in cases where: - a booking is cancelled on the day arrival is expected - the guest does not show up on the day arrival is expected - once the guest has checked in In all cases management reserves the right to consider waiving cancellation fees depending upon the guests circumstances.

Approximately 90 minute drive north by car or shuttle bus from Brisbane Airport via the Bruce Highway. Take the Eumundi/Noosa Heads turn off. Only 30 minutes drive north from the Maroochydore Airport. We can arrange Car hire or Airport transfers from either Airport.
