Just 50 metres away is the entrance to Palm Grove National Park, whilst a leisurely 15-minute stroll will bring you to Gallery Walk, the artistic heart of Tamborine Mountain.Justly famed for its coffee shops, restaurants, craft shops and galleries. This quaint village has its own eclectic atmosphere. The Witches Chase Cheese Factory and the Distillery in Beacon road are always worth a visit. On certain days you can watch the hang gliders who take off from Main Western Road. On the second and the last Sunday of each month there are markets on the mountain.

Coming on the M1 motorway leave at the Oxenford exit and follow the Oxenford-Tamborine Road straight into Eagle Heights. Follow Gallery Walk until you reach Eagle Heights Road. Follow Eagle Heights Road to the east (the ocean side) to the end (corner Palm Grove Ave) where Muscatels is located.
