Located on 8 acres of countryside, with fabulous views of the pine forests across the island and to the sea. Ideal for anyone that is coming to Norfolk to relax. We are especially perfect for groups that can enjoy the benefits of their own little community. There are 12 x 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, 5 of which are 2 level `A¿ Frames. Currently our Café is being redesigned and should be open for at least breakfast by mid June. There is also a function room with audio visual facilities for meetings and small conferences (please check for availability on reservation).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations need to be made at least 14 days before arrival to receive a 70% refund. Cancellations and/or alterations made 28 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
Travel Directions
We meet and greet all our guests at Airport with their Hire Car and take them to their Accommodation.. The property is located along Stockyard Road past Ball Bay on the way to Steeles point. As we imagine you may not at first find it we prefer to show you the way when you arrive and then after that leave you the option of getting lost in the wonders of the island for the rest of your holiday.
