Approximately One Hundred years later in it was transformed to an elegant accommodation house catering for discerning guests. Merre Be's is one of only five residential homes in a quiet boutique street in the heart of the leafy bayside suburb of Sandy Bay.

- Battery Point (10 minutes)

- Royal Yacht Club (10 minutes)

- Salamanca Market (20 minutes)

A small beach is also located at the end of King Street (7 minutes).

Merrebe's is just five minutes out of the Hobart CBD along Sandy Bay Road. Turn right into Gregory Street and Merrebe's will be on the left hand side of the road.

There is a bus stop near the corner of Gregory Street and Sandy Bay Road, this leads to Salamanca Place and the city.

The Casino bus is on the opposite side of Sandy Bay Road.

There is a taxi rank at the bottom of our street, fare to the city is approximately $6.00. Tour buses call at our door.
