Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Cancellation Policy If booking is cancelled before arrival date, deposit will not be refunded. If booking is cancelled on day of arrival but prior to arrival time, then 50% of booking will be charged. Failure to cancel booking on time will incur the full amount of booking to be charged. Disclaimer At all times we, Melba Lodge will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

Late Arrival If you are arriving after 5.00pm Monday to Friday or 2.30pm on weekends please advise us to make prior arrangements.
