Our affordable accommodation styles include dorm rooms, deluxe cabins and private rooms which are all surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. All of our rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Professionally cleaned linen is provided and our rooms are cleaned daily by our friendly in-house housekeeping team.
Magnums facilities include a fully equipped shared kitchen and undercover eating area, coin operated washing machines in our laundry, free security deposit service for your security and a free WiFi area, all for your convenience.
Our new kitchen and recreation room is now open! Our kitchen offers facilities including microwaves, toasters, kettles and all your basic kitchen needs. Our recreation room has a 51 inch PLASMA TV and games for your enjoyment - it is the perfect Whitsunday indoor entertainment room!

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All guests must be 18 years or older to stay at Magnums Airlie Beach. ID is required on check in.
Cancelling a booking:
General Booking cancellations or amendments to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date. If booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to check in, the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night will be charged.
Check In
Our Reception is open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. After hours (outside reception hours) check is available for Private Rooms ONLY. You will be asked to produce and leave behind Government issued ID (Passport/Drivers License) and credit card as security deposit. A $10.00 fee for late check in applies.

Check out is 10am.
A late fee will be charged after 10am.
A full room rate will be charged after 12pm.
GROUP BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following cancellation / amendment policy applies to a booking (for the sole use of a Dorm, Cabin or multiples of Twins and Doubles) for groups.
Group Booking cancellation / amendment policy:
If cancelled 1 month prior before arrival, a full refund minus an administration fee of 20% will be charged. If booking is cancelled within the month prior to arrival, refunds do not apply.
Date amendments are subject to availability and may incur a 20% administration fee.
Group booking bed allocation:
All attempts will be made to configure your Group Bookings to accommodate your group for sole use of the selected room type. Once you have made your booking a Magnums Accommodation staff member will be in contact to discuss your requirements and to confirm availability of the requested room configuration for your chosen dates.
Business Facilities
Free WIFI, Free valuables storage, public payphones, PC stations, linen hire, washing powder, fax and photocopying services available at Magnums reception.

Magnums uses the large Whitsunday Village Resort Carpark, all guests are offered heavily discounted parking fees:
Check In Instructions
Magnums reception is open @ 6.30am and closes @ 9.00pm.
All guests will be asked for a form of ID that will be held for the duration of your stay upon check in.
If a late check in is required, you will need to call our security company on arrival, a $10.00 (cash) call out fee is payable to the security officer. In this instance Government ID will be required. This service is only available to guests who have booked twin or double accommodation.
Please Note: Online bookings must check in by 8.45pm
Children and Extra Guests Details
Magnums is not a suitable venue for children as our property adjoins a large Hotel and Night Club, and although the accommodation is set well back from these facilities, access to the accommodation is through the large beer garden.

Travel Directions
FLYING:
Fly to Whitsunday Coast Airport at Proserpine. There are coaches, shuttles, taxis, limousines and hire cars available from the Airport.
Alternately, you can fly to Hamilton Island and take the Ferry to Abel Point Marina. (Whitsunday Transit Bus service meets all Arrivals)
DRIVING:
Driving north you will pass through Proserpine, turn right towards Shute Harbour and Airlie Beach (clearly signed). Travel for approximately 20 minutes past Centro Shopping Centre (on the left), Cannonvale Shopping Centre (on the right) and Abel Point Marina (on the left).
Follow Shute Harbour Road to the heart of Airlie Beach where you will find Magnums on the right side of the road under the big Clock Tower.
TRAIN:
Take the train to Proserpine Train Station. Whitsunday Transit Coaches meet all the trains and will deliver you to our doorstep.
BUS:
Take the bus to Airlie Beach Bus Station. It is a short walk to Magnums or you can catch a taxi for a small fee.
