Apartment Keys:

A set of apartment keys, car park fob and check in instructions will be posted to you a few days before your travel date. You will be able to go directly to your apartment when you arrive. Please advise us if this arrangement is not convenient.

When you arrive you will find another set of keys and car park fob in the apartment. Please leave both sets in the apartment when you leave.

Check-in/Check-out Time:

Normal check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 10.00 am. However, you can call Housekeeping the day before your arrival in order to work out when you can access the apartment on your arrival day.

If you are arriving early, you can usually arrange to leave your luggage in the apartment until it is ready for you. You can also ask Housekeeping to call you on your mobile when the apartment is ready.
