Mackay Grande Suites has a combination of studio & 1 bedroom, self contained suites. Our facilities include a business centre, Cactus Jacks bar & restaurant, bistro restaurant, lounge bar, gaming lounge including Keno and TAB, indoor pool & gym. No cash deposit gaurantee policy applies, credit cards only.

A 24 hour cancellation policy is enforced. If cancelling a booking it must be done 2pm Brisbane Time prior to day of arrival without charge. If outside of this time one nights accommodation will be debited from the credit card provided at time of booking.

Situated in centre of the CBD, 10 minutes to the Airport & 200 metres from Pioneer River Promenade.

On arrival all guests are required to provide a valid credit card and photo identification. The hotel has a strict no cash policy.

All room prices are for two guests. Extra children are charged at $40.00 Extra Adults are charged at $40.00. Cots for children are $35.00.

Mackay Grande Suites is situated in the centre of Mackay CBD, 10 minutes to the airport & 5 minutes to local beaches, & only 200 meters to the Pioneer River Promenade.

Travelling along the Bruce Highway, turn into Gordon Street then after 5 blocks turn left into Gregory Street and the Mackay Grande Suites Reception and hotel carpark is on the eastern side of Gregory Street.
