Loves Lane Cottages comprise of two individually designed, self contained cottages nestled amongst rolling green hills minutes from the Mirboo Nth township and the small village of Dumbalk. Set on 5 acres with extensive gardens including water features and a gazebo overlooking the dam, recharge your batteries in these luxuriously appointed cottages. At Loves Lane Cottages you will find everything you need to make your stay easy, stress free and memorable. There are many local restaurants in the area if you choose to dine out , including the award winning Grand Ridge Brewery. Alternatively you can buy your own provisions and cook up a storm on the barbecues provided, or your cottage comes complete with a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Why not take a scenic drive along the grand ridge road or visit some of the unspoilt beaches and national parks.

ORCHARD COTTAGE: is spacious and open plan in design with 1 queen size bed sleeping 2 people. All bedroom and bathroom linen is supplied and is of the highest quality.The bathrooms in each cottage have a large corner spa, shower (over spa), toilet, hairdryer and a full size vanity with ample storage space.The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, portable electric cooktop and convection oven, underbench fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, crockery and cutlery.

SUNSET COTTAGE: is the larger of the two and is open plan in design. 1 queen size bed in the open plan area plus a separate bedroom with 1 queen size bed (sleeps 4). All bedroom and bathroom linen are supplied and is of the highest quality.The bathrooms in each cottage have a large corner spa, shower (over spa), toilet, hairdryer and a full size vanity with ample storage space.The kitchen is larger than Orchard cottage with a full size fridge, eletric oven and gas cooktop, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, crockery and cutlery.

The Grand Ridge Brewery:

Sitting high up in the Strzelecki Ranges in central Gippsland, the world's most awarded brewery offers 100% pure beer and a'la carte dining in the Brewery Restaurant.

Gippsland's Grand Ridge Road:

One of the great tourist drives of Victoria. For 132 km it snakes its way along the ridge of the Strzelecki Ranges, providing striking views across the emerald-green farmlands to the Latrobe Valley in the north and Bass Strait in the south.

Tarra-Bulga National Park:

South Gippsland is well known for its giant Mountain Ash trees, beautiful fern gullies and ancient myrtle beeches. The park covers 2015 ha of some of the best examples of original cool temperate rainforests of the Strzelecki Range.

Meeniyan Art Gallery:

MAG meets the needs of both artists and community, providing contemporary gallery space for high quality exhibitions, 12 per year. Because the space lends itself to a combination of 2D & 3D work, exhibitions combine artists whose work is complementary.

From Melbourne by car, the journey begins on the M1 which can be easily accessed via CityLink, a tollway that connects three of Victoria's freeways, including the Tullamarine Freeway that runs from the airport to the city.

The quickest way is south-east along the Monash Freeway (M1), which turns into the South Gippsland Highway (M420).

*Once on the M1, take the Cranbourne & Phillip Island exit (M420). This will get you on to the South Gippsland Highway.

*Continue on the M420 for approx 34 km then take the Korumburra and Leongatha exit, Route A440.

*When you reach the T intersection in Leongatha take the left hand turn to Morwell (B460).

*Follow this road around past the Devondale dairy, over 'Coalition Creek' bridge and take the first right hand turn - Mardan Road.

*Travel 16km along this lovely scenic road, then turn right into 'Meeniyan-Mirboo Nth Rd' (C455), also known as 'Loves Lane'.

*1km around the bend will bring you to your country escape - Loves Lane Cottages.
