Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. We do not accept Schoolies bookings, 18  Year Olds or people coming for Schoolies Cancellation Policy We require 7 days notice of a cancellation for the deposit to be refunded. We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation or a one night charge will occur.  A cancellation will attract a fixed amount administration charge of $20. Disclaimer At all times we, Lord Byron Resort will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option. We do not accept schoolies bookings, 18 Year Olds or people coming for Schoolies

Check In

Late Arriva:l If you are arriving after 5.00pm Monday to Friday or 2.30pm on weekends please advise us to make prior arrangements.

Travel Directions

BY AIR Daily Rex and Virgin flights from Sydney to Ballina with connecting coach, taxi or hire car to Byron Bay. Qantas, Virgin Blue and Jetstar fly daily to Coolangatta (Gold Coast) with coach or hire car to Byron Bay. Ask our receptionist staff to arrange transfers for you. BY CAR 45 minutes from Gold Coast, 2 hours from Brisbane and 10 hours from Sydney. BY BUS Regular coach services from Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
