Cancellation Policy
If cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date your payment will be refunded less an administration fee of $50. If cancelled less than 21 days before arrival date payment will be forfeited. Easter Christmas & Special Long Weekend Bookings number of days for notification of cancellation is extended to 42 days

Leisure-Lee Reception is open from 8am to 5.30pm 7 days a week. for checkin or checkout outside these times please advise. Out of hors reception can be made by dialing 22 on your apartment phone or by the phone located outside the main reception. If unanswered call 0413 091 440

In Ballina and the Hinterland we have places to do Surfing, Fishing, Swimming, Waterslides, Ten Pin Bowling, Kayaking, AmazeNPlace (Maze), Macadamia Castle, Thursday Plantation the home of Tea Tree, you can even hire a BBQ boat or go for a river cruise plus we have an array of Clubs, Pubs and Restaurants. - Certainly a great holiday destination.

By road from North - on entering outskirts turn right at first set of lights and proceed down Kerr St (Pacific Highway) past Ballina Fair Shopping Centre straight through the next two sets of lights until you come to Bentinck St. on your left (approx 300m past 2nd set of lights) where you will see a sign to "East Ballina" Turn left into Bentinck St and proceed approx 1.8km East through 3 roundabouts. Turn left at the 4th roundabout and proceed over the Missingham Bridge. Approximately 250m past the end of the Bridge turn left into Park St. Easton Place comes off Park St about 50m after turning.We are No.6 Easton Place
By road from South - proceed east down the Pacific Highway about 2.3km past the Big Prawn where the Highway goes a sharp left at a set of lights. You are now going north along Kerr Street. About 0.7km past the lights you come to Bentinck St. on your Right (look for sign "East Ballina") Turn Right into Bentinck St and proceed approx 1.8km East through 3 roundabouts. Turn left at the 4th roundabout and proceed over the Missingham Bridge. Approximately 250m past the end of the Bridge turn left into Park St. Easton Place comes off Park St about 50m after turning. If flyng into Ballina we are about 5.8km (8-10 minutes by Cab) from the Ballina-Byron Gateway Airport - from the airport drive down Southern Cross Drive until you reach the Pacific Highway turn left and then us use the road directions above as from the North
