GIFT VOUCHERS, (easily emailed to you) for anniversary's, birthdays etc, are a specialty and can include accommodation, candlelit dinners and or massage.

MASSAGE: We can arrange ¿in house¿ massage by accredited therapists, $75 per hour.

MEALS: Full country breakfast included in tariff. Dinners are available by arrangement (menu on arrival) and are from the best quality fresh local ingredients. One course from $25.00 p/p, two courses from $35.00 & three courses from $45.00. BYO. Specialties include; Beef sirloin or scotch fillet, fish, prawns, duck, lamb, quail etc. These can be served to your room.

To proceed with bookings total tariff is required.

Cancellations with more than fourteen days notice will have the deposit refunded with the exception of a $20.00 cancellation fee which will be deducted.

Modification to dates is required 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations within seven to fourteen days will forfeit 25% of total tariff.

Cancellations within four to seven days will forfeit 50% of the total tariff.

Cancellations within four days will forfeit 75% of total tariff.

Arrivals 2pm onwards Departures 11am or before.

Private parking on site. Drive down to Kemeys, plenty of parking in parking area.

Kemeys is at Mandalong, 10kms west of Morisset and is nestled in the foothills of the vast Watagan Mountains with its many walks, lookouts & picnic areas. It is also centrally located to explore the whole scenic area of Lake Macquarie, the Hunter valley, vineyards, rugged coastal beaches & historic Newcastle.

In the Watagan's;

Birding, mountain biking, horse riding, 4 wheel driving and bush walking.

On beautiful Lake Macquarie;

Jett Buzz speedboat sightseeing, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and walking paths along the foreshore.

Magnificent beaches and picnic areas;

From the rugged beaches in the Munmorah State Recreation Area in the south, to historic Catherine Hill Bay, Caves beach with the low tide caves, the Newcastle beaches and Stockton beach in the north.

The towns and villages of Lake Macquarie;

Directions to Kemeys from South (Sydney) to 410 Sauls Road Mandalong

Traveling from Sydney, take the F3 (National 1) freeway from Wahroonga, heading north towards Newcastle. After about 50 minutes take the Morisset, Cooranbong, Mandalong Rd exit and turn left (West) into Mandalong Rd. Then after 1km turn right into Deaves Rd (sign says to Cooranbong) & after only 100metres, turn left into Sauls Road. 4.1km up Sauls road on the right side you will see the number 410 & a silver 44 gallon drum with the Kemeys sign on the gate set back from the road. The gate may appear to be locked but it is very unlikely. Enter (please close the gate) and drive down to Kemeys.

Directions to Kemeys from North (Newcastle) to 410 Sauls Road Mandalong

Travelling from north, take the F3 (National 1) freeway heading south towards Sydney. Take the Morisset, Mandalong exit & turn right (West) into Mandalong Rd.
