Kaniva Colonial Gardens Motel was built in the early 1990's and is one of, if not the newest, motel on the Melbourne-Adelaide Highway. It is the only solid brick motel in Kaniva and the preferred choice with locals.

We are committed to providing our guests with clean, comfortable accommodation with modern amenities.

We are the quietest motel in Kaniva and rated at 3½ Stars. There are 10 spacious rooms, all with ground floor access and parking at door.

All rooms are non-smoking and include tea/coffee making facilities, refrigerator, heating, air conditioning, electric blankets, pedestal fan, alarm clock, direct dial phone, iron and ironing board, 32" HD Digital TV and DVD player.

Guests can choose from Double, Twin or Family Suites. Our rooms have been updated with all new bedding and equipment.

A cooked and/or continental breakfast is available by request.

There is also a BBQ and garden area for guests to enjoy.

Fax, photocopying and secretarial assistance available.

Off-street parking direct to your room. On-site parking also available for larger vehicles.

Check In time is 2pm with Check Out at 10am.

Reception hours are 8.30am-9.30pm. Arrangements can be arranged for check-in outside these hours. Just ask!

When driving from Melbourne, we are situated at the 409 km post with approximate driving time of 4 1/2 hours.

When driving from Adelaide, we are situated at the 317km post with approximate driving time of 3 1/2 hours.
