Property Description

Kallarroo is a modern pair of adjoining brick veneer holiday homes. It is situated on eight acres of bushland, with superb lake views and excellent lake frontage. The lake frontage offers extensive swimming and boating areas, and a private jetty is provided.

Each home is 18½ squares, with accommodation including 3 bedrooms plus a loft, and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping facilities are provided for up to fourteen people.

Large north-facing windows offer sweeping views of the lake, and take in warm sunshine from autumn through to spring. We have an air-conditioner, wood heater, bathroom panel radiators, background floor heating, and double-glazed windows to ensure your comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, cooking utensils and all cleaning equipment & supplies.

Each home also has a large billiard room, audio system, washing machine, clothes dryer, ski drying cupboard, ducted vacuum system, a barbecue, and a double carport.

Kallarroo provides first-rate holiday accommodation all year round.

Mansfield is a 20 minute drive by sealed road and the Mount Buller ski fields are only 40 minutes away. The location is ideal for summer or winter activities, including water skiing, fishing, bush walking, horse riding, snow skiing, or simply enjoying the relaxation of the bush setting and lake views. The district also offers activities for the more adventurous - balloon riding, hang gliding, light plane joy flights, white water rafting and camel rides.
