Cancellations giving more than 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund of all payments made. Cancellations giving less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of one nights accommodation of their booking. Cancellations giving less than 48 hours notice will not receive any refund. Unfortunately the operator will not be held liable for any personal injuries loss or damage caused to you or your property while a paying guest.
