Full refund if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours prior to arrival. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival. Dogs must remain outside at all times. You must bring your own dog bedding. Please notify the tourist centre before booking with a pet.

Coming from the north: Follow north west coastal highway to the interchange south of the CBD then take Perth direction. Once on the Brand Highway, follow it on approx 2.5km then turn right into Sander street then left onto Glendenning Road. finally turn left into Falmouth Close, the house is on the left. Coming from the east: At the T-junction with the Highway, turn left on the intergchange and follow the directions to Perth. Once on the Brand Highway turn right onto Sander street then left onto Glendenning Road. finally turn left into Falmouth Close, the house is on the left. Coming from the south: As you come into town on the Brand Highway, before you reach the interchange turn left onto Glendenning Road then right into Falmouth Close.
